Camera Rental Terms & Conditions:

3. Security Deposit
• The deposit will be refunded after the equipment is returned and inspected.
• Deductions may apply for:
• Damage
• Missing items
• Late returns
• Cleaning fees (if applicable)
4. Rental Period
• Rental duration starts from the time the equipment is collected or delivered.
• Late returns will incur additional charges based on the daily rental rate.
• Extensions must be requested before the rental period ends and are subject to availability.
5. Equipment Condition
• All equipment is tested and verified before release.
• The renter must inspect the equipment upon collection and report any issues immediately.
• By accepting the equipment, the renter confirms it is in good working condition.
6. Responsibility & Liability
• The renter is fully responsible for the equipment during the rental period.
• The renter agrees to:
• Use the equipment properly and safely
• Protect it from damage, loss, theft, or misuse
• Avoid exposing it to water, sand, extreme heat, or hazardous environments
• In case of damage or loss, the renter must cover:
• Repair costs
• Replacement costs (if beyond repair)
• Market value for lost or stolen items
7. Prohibited Use
The equipment may not be used for:
• Illegal activities
• Hazardous environments without proper protection
• Sub‑renting or lending to third parties
• Commercial shoots without prior disclosure (if required)
8. Cancellation & Refunds
• Cancellations made 24 hours before the rental start time are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a fee.
• No refunds for early returns.
9. Delivery & Pickup (If Applicable)
• Delivery charges apply based on location within the UAE.
• The renter must be present with valid ID during delivery or pickup.
10. Data & Memory Cards
• The renter is responsible for backing up and removing personal data before returning memory cards (if rented).
• The company is not responsible for lost or deleted data.
11. Liability Disclaimer
• The company is not liable for:
• Loss of income due to equipment malfunction
• Personal injury resulting from improper use
• Any indirect or consequential damages
12. Agreement
By renting the equipment, the renter acknowledges and agrees to all terms and conditions listed above.
